Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide from our Dundee headquarters, except to some Asian countries and remote locations. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.

What are my shipping options?

We offer two shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): Uses DHL or FedEx with delivery typically within 10-15 days after dispatch (1-2 day processing). Recommended for time-sensitive orders and larger equipment.
2. Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS with delivery typically within 15-25 days after dispatch. Perfect for smaller items and budget-conscious shoppers.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep.

How long does order processing take?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Our team carefully checks and packages every item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Who pays for return shipping?

How long does it take to process a refund?
